Reviews & Leave your Review

Every 6 months we hold a random draw from all our reviews.  The winner get a free, 2 night, mid-week break!

  • Back again absolutely love it here. First stayed Aug bank holiday for 5 nights. Super friendly welcome again for a quick 2 night break this time. Storm Bert hit but sight is very sheltered so no worries about going out and leaving the motorhome.
Sight has everything you need for a comfortable motorhome stay and very close to St Anne's. Bus stop outside so easily get to Lytham and Blackpool. We will be back again and again to this little gem.

  • I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again what a gem this place is although I don’t think i should be saying this as the more people that book this place the the less chance I have of getting in when I want but let’s say it’s host is great and so welcoming dose for yourself so I don’t think I’m doing myself any favour but try it yourself

  • Great motorhome site. Well situated for St Annes, Lytham, Blackpool and all surrounding areas. We had a fabulous 7 night stay in August. Lovely hosts. Very informative. We'll be back!!!

  • Had a lovely last minute stop over here. This spot is perfect for travelling along the coast between Blackpool and Lytham. St Annes is just a short walk to the centre and the shops. Da was very welcoming of both us and our little dog. We only stayed one night, due to work commitments, but will definitely be back. Thank you we had a great time!

  • We've just had a lovely 2 night weekend stay @ Seaside Pitch. What a fab find this place is - perfect location for St Annes (around the corner) Lytham (a flat, easy 3 mile walk) & even Blackpool (nice coastal cycle route, 5 ish miles to central pier) The beach is very close to the pitch too. The owners are such lovely, welcoming people, the booking process was easy and seamless - we will, without doubt be back to stay again in the future. Thank you 🇬🇧☀️🚐🫶

  • What a little gem - we initially booked 2 nights but extended to 5. Everything within walking distance and some lovely dog friendly bars. We also found cycling was great, with cycling paths to Lytham and all the way to Fleetwood, all beside the sea. We would have stayed longer if the pitch wasn't booked but will definitely be back soon. Even wintertime this is an ideal spot!! Lovely friendly hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. Kind Regards 😊😊😊

  • Great 2 night weekend stay visiting family and also to give our Moho a run out. Super location with all necessary facilities, fresh water, EHU, grey waste & elsom point. Hard standing with 3 pitches, Moho’s and adult only site. Next to main road so traffic noise during day but quiet at night. Owners are friendly and very approachable being Moho owners themselves.
    Would we return, absolutely.

  • Booked to stay 4 nights but came home after 3 as golf did not go my son's way. The parking was perfect for our needs. Local to Royal Lytham and quiet. The hosts were helpful during the booking process and our time there. Highly recommend. Will be recommending the site to others. Thanks again.

  • Stayed two nights at seaside pitch, great location for all amenities. Didn't use electric hook up as I wanted to test 12v system. The owner left a note for us and came to see us to make sure everything was OK. Lovely lady, we'll be back

  • So we should have stayed for 2 nights, but ended up staying 5 nights. This is a fab location, but best of all KJ and Da are just amazing, 2 people who are so helpful, friendly and accommodating, who will make your stay perfect in every way. We will be back. Thank you for all your help :))

  • Just got back from a two night stay on Seaside Pitch .. if you are a self contained unit this is perfect .. it’s really close to the sea and all the amenities of St. Anne’s and not a bad walk into Lytham, although it’s about 3 miles but there is a bus stop right outside the pitch. The hosts are lovely and nothing too much trouble. Pitch comes with water and an elsen point and electric hook up if you need it. Would we stay here again … yes we would x

  • Fantastic !
Owning a motorhome can sometimes bring up a compromise when it comes to finding the right place to stay. You need to be near public transport or be within walking distance of amenities due to the lack of a car but here at the seaside pitch you can do it all ! It is next to a bus stop and only 5 mins walk into the centre of St Ann’s. The hosts are very friendly and approachable and are motor-homers too so know the difficulties that can be faced. The place gets 10 on 10 from us. We have already booked again.

  • Very helpful hosts and convenient site. We took a t6 vw camper and own toilet facilities. Short walk to swimming pool which cost £3 for 2 adults to use showers. Short walk for food/ shopping / the pier / beach and everything you could be looking for. Good wifi/ water / electric & waste. Would definitely return. Perfect stay.

  • What a wonderful location; just a short walk to the coast, restaurants/bars, supermarkets and the shopping area. We had a brilliant two night stay and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful, with directions, transport info and local knowledge. There are two EHU points, water taps, WI-FI and cassette emptying facilities. Clean hard-standing in a well-cared for front garden. A real find! I’m certain we will return.

  • What a gem host couldn’t be more helpful although only two pitches spotless and central to everything five minutes walk to beach town centre and restaurants a little road noise but didn’t keep us awake great little spot with water and ehu if required no toilets but you can empty you cassette definitely be back

  • Great little site with two flat hard standing pitches. Water and electric supply if needed. Location is superb only 5 minutes into the town. Free wifi. Received a very warm welcome on arrival. Had a great time so much so we booked again immediately we got home.

  • Wanted somewhere near to facilities and public transport as most campsites are a bit of a trek and my husband’s mobility isn’t too good.
This was just what we needed. All the facilities at our fingertips water, electricity and elsan and excellent transport links across the fylde coast.
Very welcoming and helpful host will definitely return.

  • This is a very good spot for either a stop over or short break in St Anne’s. It’s two minutes walk to both the beach and the town centre. We were here for the kite festival which was superb, but do remember it is weather dependent. The owners were very helpful and full of local information.

  • Had a lovely stay here. Fantastic location - literally a few minutes walk to the pretty town centre, beach and pier. Owners are really welcoming and helpful. We had a short drive into Lytham it's self which was nice. Plenty of parking on the car park to the right as you approach and very reasonable too. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this quirky little spot.

  • Had a two night break here and it was great . Literally 2 mins walk to the beach and has everything you need as long as you have your own toilet/shower. There is water, electric hookup, elsan point and a drain for grey water. There is a small shopping area for groceries, restaurants and take away close by. The owner was on site when we arrived and was really helpful. There was a small amount of road noise but we didn’t notice it especially overnight we slept very soundly. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

    — Sandra, 24 Apr 2022
  • Wonderful location right in the heart of the beautiful St Anne’s on sea and a 2 minute walk to the sea front. 2 pitches with every thing you need. The owners were really helpful with lots of information about the area. The road can be noisy at times but it’s a small negative. We will return when the gardens are in bloom. Definitely worth a visit.

  • Definitely 5 stars!
Had a lovely Valentines weekend at Seaside Pitch. Stumbled into the owners on arrival and they immediately made us feel very welcome. They gave us all the info we wanted and just left us to it. They even sent me an email to say that we didn’t need to rush off on Sunday because our pitch wasn't taken that day. Wonderful.
Only a short hop into St Anne’s & there’s a bus stop outside to get to Lytham, if you don’t fancy the gorgeous walk along the sea front.
We will definitely returning in the summer when the weather is better, but can’t recommend this place enough

Lovely break in St Anne's this weekend. Seaside pitch is not far from the town centre or the beach. There is a bus stop close by to get the bus into Lytham. Would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful.
